MIL Collections Ltd has been awarded ISO 9001 for excellence in quality assurance.
The company was awarded ISO 9001 in June 2019. The company already had established processes in place and so the transition to meet the international standard was straight forward. Everyone in the company was involved in the project which meant it was rapidly adopted and the system is now seamlessly part of the company’s standard way of doing business.
The implementation was an excellent opportunity to train and involve staff who were all part of the success story.
MIL has now commissioned Fircks Consultancy to expand the scope of the system to include information security risks they are now also certificated to ISO 27001
